Physical Therapy for Active Adults in Richmond VA
Get Back to Training Without Pain
One-on-one physical therapy designed for active adults who refuse to let pain sideline their goals. We help you recover from injuries, build strength, and return to the gym, field, or course with confidence.

What Happens When Pain Goes Unchecked
Your Training Takes a Hit
You skip workouts, cut volume, or avoid movements that hurt—and watch your strength and conditioning slip away.
The Injury Keeps Coming Back
Rest helps for a while, but as soon as you ramp back up, the pain returns. You're stuck in the same frustrating cycle.
You Lose Confidence in Your Body
Every rep, mile, and swing feels uncertain. You wonder if you'll ever feel like yourself again in training or competition.
Physical Therapy Built for How You Train
We're not your typical PT clinic. You'll work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who understands the demands of serious training and knows how to get you back to peak performance.
One-on-One Every Session
A full hour with your PT—no aides, no rotating. Just focused, expert care tailored to your sport.
Sport-Specific Rehab
We design treatment around the movements you do—lifting, running, throwing—so you're ready to compete.

Advanced Tools and Techniques
Manual therapy, dry needling, BFR training, and force plates give us more ways to help you recover faster.
Out-of-Network On Your Terms
No insurance hassles. Pay a flat rate, get a superbill for reimbursement, and spend real time fixing the problem.
She is the best and helps me heal from all my injuries. Go to her with any injury and she will fix you.
